Jacksonville/St Augustine Location. Hi-Tech is growing again with a new aquisition in the Jacksonville/St Augustine Market and we need a team members to join us. Responsible for generating sales of home and commercial system packages as provided by Hi-Tech. Position will solicit and generate 40% of his or her own leads through standard sales methods. 60% of leads are company supplied. Position also requires the ability to learn and educate oneself on growing and changing technologies for the homes and businesses. This position is eligible for Health Insurance, 401K and Paid time off. Competative Pay with Base Annual Salary plus commission.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new customers and establish good relationships with existing customers to obtain referrals and develop leads into sales. This includes joining BNI or Chamber groups for leads.
• Set appointments for sales calls both on site and using Hi-Tech show room to assist with sales
• Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with customer needs
• Prepare documents and submit job proposals using established company guidelines.
• Follow up and close sales.
• Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of system including final ?walk through? with customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Handle customer service issues when you are contacted by them, by making sure the proper channels are notified of issues.
• Provide Sales Manager daily activity reports during daily sales meetings or at any other time requested.
